Creative Thank You card Ideas: “2 Button Thanks”

Send a thanks with creative Thank You card ideas #04...

I created this card after doodling in my sketch book. I had
some free time on my hands and decided to draw and I didn't
know what. So I started drawing creative Thank You card
ideas and this is what I came out with.

I drew a thank you with a flower. I cut it out as soon as I
went home and created this beautiful creative Thank You card.
It only takes simple card making ideas and you can create anything.

“2 Button Thanks”

Supplies:

• Card stock, Used blank black card (you can create one using white construction paper)

• white, black and brown mat (you can substitute by using construction paper)

• 20’’ Ribbon of choice

• White ink pen

• Thank You Drawing, rub-on, rubberstamp, sticker or print your own

• 2 Buttons… you can use your color of choice. In this creative Thank You card we have used black colored buttons.

• Scissors

How to create creative Thank You card ideas #04: 2 Button Thanks front

1. Take your black card cut it into 5x5, take your 20’’ cut into 4 strips all being 5’’ long set your ribbon aside

2. Take your white paper cut 5x2 glue to center of 5x5 black card

3. Take 3 of you 5’’ ribbons glue 1 down to the egde on the right of black card overlapping white also, take other 2 ribbons and outline the rest of the white paper both top and bottom overlapping white and other ribbon on the side also(cover the edges).

4. Take 1 Button glue them to the righthand side center on white paper (near the egde of ribbon), take the other Button and glue to the lefthand side center on the white paper

5. Now take your white pen and freehand Thank You and draw flowers or designs on brown paper, if you are not Artistic in that way use rubberstamps, rub-on or stickers(make sure your drawing or letters do not exceed the amount of spacing between the 2 Buttons, as It will be placed in between)

6. Take your Thank You drawing now closely cut it out, take this cut out glue it to a separate white paper(not the white already glued to the card) closely cut that out leaving a small white border around your drawing, now take the rest of your brown paper (you used to draw on)repeat by gluing down and and closely cutting leaving a slight brown border around the white.

7. Take your finished piece glue to center between 2 Buttons

You will be left with 5’’ of ribbon…if you choose to move on you will need this ribbon for Envelope ideas, further explained in this creative card ideas #04 : 2 Button Thanks section!

How to create creative Thank You card ideas #04: 2 Button Thanks inside:

1. Take your white paper cut into a 4 ½ x 4 ½ square and glue to inside center

2. You can decorate the inside with images, stamps or even incorporate some Thank You card verses

Tip: Be creative and add anything as you wish on the inside of your card.

How to create creative Thank You envelope:

1. Take your 5’’ of ribbon glue to left side of front of envelope

2. Take black and white paper cut 4 ½ x 2 squares out of them both

3. Glue black and white together only on one side now glue that same side down to the center of your envelope front near your ribbon(this should look like a little book glued down, it should be able to open and close)

4. Now on the outter flap cut the corner edge off of the lower right hand corner(showing the inner color of your mini book)

Tip: Be more creative by… adding a small drawing, image, sticker or even a little Thank You card verse on the inside of your mini envelope booklet
